There are great things about every leadership style - but just like when my husband and I are out sailing we have to watch out for the danger buoys or end up stuck on a pile of rocks in the middle of the lake - which can put a damper on any great sailing day- Every leader needs to be mindful of the downside of their leadership style. Of course, some leaders are a combination of these styles and each person needs to take into account all of their talents and strengths, and skills. This episode is an overview of the highlights and the downfalls of each leadership style.
