It's ok to be honest if that's you because honestly speaking, I hear this all the time… And I was guilty of it… You may have heard me say - my first experience with CliftonStrenghts (StrengthsFinders back then) was in May of 2016 when I took the assessment and got my Top 5.  It wasn’t until 2018 that I really started to unlock what it all meant and what an amazing tool it was could be.

5 practical steps to take today to utilize your CS Assessment:
Print out & read through the reports - highlight what stands out to you
Share your CS 34 or Insight report with a close friend, peer, or supervisor and see what they think (are they surprised by results? -why or why not)
Hone in on your Top 5 - select 1-2 Action items under the “Take Action to Maximize Your Potential” found in the CS 34 report that you can start implementing today.  
Repeat Step #3 weekly or monthly choosing a different theme each week/month 
Keep it out and study the report and refer back to it often.  Try to see where/how your Top 5 strengths show up in your daily life. Become aware of them and start to be intentional with using them to uplevel your life as a leader!
