Navigating Your Leadership Podcast

In today's podcast, you get to be a fly on the wall of a coaching session which turned into a brainstorming session with Linda Smith from Your Day Your Way Wedding Planning.  We'd been working on ways to pivot her business during the 2020 Covid Season & in this session we worked through and came up with names for Covid friendly wedding options.  Stick around until the end when we came up with really awesome names she used for this promotion! A vision board is a tool you can use to help clarify and maintain focus on your goals and what truly matters to you. It's a board you display with images that represent what you want to be, do, or have in your life.  Sounds simple enough right?  But there are a few key elements to make sure your vision board is created in a way that will help you manifest (or bring into your life) the pictures you put on your board. In EP 6 we talked about the seasons in your life and how they affect your business as an entrepreneur.  There will be seasons you need to put your business on pause due to your own health, a loved one's health, a major life event, or other circumstances. In today's podcast, I will share 8 Steps to make your business sustainable no matter the season you're in.  If you are in a Full Steam Ahead Season - listen up to get prepared, if you are in a Hold Steady Season - start doing some of these steps now, if you are in a Pause season now - you will still find some things to do and hopefully comfort in today's show.  Remember, we can make up for lost money but you can never make up for lost time.

When you can't sleep because all of the things you need to do are swirly around your brain, you don't need a sleeping pill, you need to do a brain dump! A brain dump is simply taking everything that's bugging you, needs to be done, your thinking about, etc, and putting it on paper.  In today's show, I'll share what's on my business brain dump for the 1st quarter of 2021.  Hopefully, it will inspire you to create your business brain dump today!
