Discipline - for most of us this word causes anxiety, dread, or possibly even brings up bad memories.  It’s been said If we do not discipline ourselves, the world will do it for us. 

 Julie Andrews said this about discipline  “Some people regard discipline as a chore. For me, it is a kind of order that sets me free to fly.”  Isn’t this a nicer way to look at discipline?
